To the Worshipful his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the Peace
Assembled.

The humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor St
Parish of St Botolph with Aligate in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth That by Virtue of a Warrant or order under the hands & Sealed
Rice Davies< no role > & Samuel Hawley< no role > Elgnires two of his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for this County of Middlesex one being of the Quorum bearing date the
fifth day of July instant Elizabeth Bennet< no role > This name instance is in set 778. This set is in the group(s): MothersBA . (wife of Robert Bennett< no role > ) together
with her [..] Sophia< no role > aged about two years for Nurture were removal from
the Parish of St John Wapping in the County of Middlesex to the San Parish
of St Botolph with Aldgate as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the
Said Elizabeth Bennett.

That your Petition & Conceing themselves aggrieved by the said Warrant
or order do humbly appeal against the Same and pray that our Worships
will be pleased to appoint a day this present Session that all Parties
Concerned may Attem to hear & abide the Judgment & Determination of this
