Chapel in the County of Middlesex maketh Oath That Ann Pinol< no role >
of the said Parish Singlewoman hath by her Voluntary
Examination taken in Writing upon Oath before William
Quarrel
< no role > Esquire one of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the said County on the Twenty Seventh
Day of March last declared herself to be with Child and
that the said Child or Children whereof she is pregnant
are likely to be Born a Bastard or Bastards and to become
chargeable to the said parish of Saint Mary White Chapel
she not being of ability to provide for such Child or Children
when born And that the said Child or Children were begotten
on her Body by Richard Toms< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. of Wentworth Street in the said
Parish Gunsmith , lastly this Deponent Saith that the said Ann
Pinol is not yet Delivered of the said Child or Children whereof
She has so declared herself to be pregnant as he this Deponent
verily believes he having seen and Conversed with her last Night
