I Henry Collingwood Selby< no role > Clerk
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex do humbly Certify that
Mr. John Harwood< no role > has been in my Office as first in which time
he has always demeaned himself deligently faithfully, and
honestly.

Hen: Coll: Selby.

And I Charles Eyles< no role > Deputy Clerk of
the Peace do Certify that Mr.. John Harwood< no role > has been in my Service
as my first Clerk near Nine Years in which time he has conducted
himself in a manner so truly deserving praise that I am at a
loss for terms in which to express my sense of his fidelity probity
and attention.

11th January 1783

Chas: Eyles< no role > .
