unlawful Riotous and Tumultuous assembling of divers persons to the number of Twelve and more at

in his the said Sheriffs Countysaid Custodyand in the said Hundred of Ossulston and there
unlawfully and with force demolishing and pulling down wholly a dwelling House of the said David Situate [..]
