Escaped it was the Custom for a Prisoner to have the
Key of that Gate previous to his Coming into the
Office Mc Crozier Adered to Withdraw

The Chairman directed Mr Crozier not to
Suffer any Strong Beer all or other Liquors to be
Imor. into his Prison for the Prisoners pursuant
the Act of Parliament
