Robert Terry< no role > of Ryders Court in the Parish of Saint Ann
within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman maketh oath and saith that he was Present and
did see the within Named John Casey< no role > Sign Seal and
duly Execute the within Written General Release on the
day that the same appear to bear Date and that the Name
John Casey< no role > appearing to be Sett and Subscribed thereto as
the Party Executing the same is the Proper Hand Writing
of the said John Casey< no role > and this Deponent further Saith
that the Names Willm: Fifzgerald< no role > and Rt: Terry< no role > appearing
to be sett and Subscribed thereto as Witnesses Attesting the
due Execution thereof are the respective Proper Hands
