Resolved that the Clerk of the Peace be desired to acquainted [..] lay the said
Letter beforethe Commissioners for Building a new Session House
for this County at their next meeting of the pursuant of the said Letter and to inform the Commissioners
that this Court doth recommend it to them to take the subject of
the said Letter into their serious consideration; and also to
request that what the Commissioners shall do in the premises
they will be pleased to report to his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for this County in their Quarter or other General Session of
the Peace assembled
