Mr. Chairman and Gentlemen

Having accidentally Scalded my
Leg a few days ago in such a Manner as
to have made it impossible for me to
attend Your Worships this day Hegleane
to mentionthat a Rate Was made in this
Parish of Saint Anne Middlesex with the
approbation of a Vestry of 4d in the pound
which amounted to the sum of £80.17.4
on the 24th day of Feby lastand that on the
8th. day of March last, I paid into the hands
of Mr. Clifford of the Bank of England
the sum of £60.17.4 being the full Quata
required to be paid for the said parishon
Account of the Sheriffs of Middrs. Etc. a

I shall be glad to be favoured with your
Worships further directions, to which as soon
able will give due attention.
