WHEREAS the Sheriff of the County of Middlesex hath produced and shewn to us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
said County, and residing within the said Hundred of Ossulston in the said County, a certain Writ of Execution issuing out of the Court
of Common Please at Westminster , at the Suit of David Wilmot< no role > , Esquire, tested the Fourth Day of July last; wehreby the said Sheriff is com-
manded, that of the Goods and Chattels of the Men inhabiting in the Hundred of Ossulston, in his the said Sheriff's County, he cause to be
made One Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty-five Pounds Seventeen Shillings, which to David Wilmot< no role > , Esquire, in the Court of Common
Please, before the Justices at Westminster , were lately adjudged for the Damages sustained by the said David, by Reason of the unlawful, riotous,
and tumultuous Assembling of divers Persons, to the Number of Twelve and more, at the Parish of Saint Leonard, Shoreditch , in his the said
Sheriff's County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully and with Force demolishing and pulling down wholly a Dwelling-
House of the said David, situate and being in the said Prish of Saint Leonard, Shoreditch, aforesaid, in his the said Sheriff's County, and in
the said Hundred of Ossulston; and by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous Assembling of divers other Persons, to the Number of
Twelve and more, at the Parish of Saint Leonard, Shoreditch, aforesaid, in his the said Sheriff's County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston,
and there unlawfully and with Force demolishing and pulling down Part of another Dwelling-House of the said David, situate and being in
the Parish of Saint Leonard, Shoreditch, aforesaid, in his the said Sheriff's County, within the said Hundred of Ossulston; and by Reason of the
unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous Assembling of divers other Persons, to the Number of Twelve and more, at the Parish of Saint Matthew
Bethnal-Green , in his the said Sheriff's County, in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully and with Force domolishing
and pulling
down wholly another Dwelling-House of the said David, situate and being in the Parish of Saint Matthew, Bethnal-Green aforesaid, in his
the said Sheriff's County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston; and by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous Assembling of divers
other Persons, to the Number of Twelve and more, at the said Parish of Saint Matthew, Bethnal-Green, in his the said Sheriff's County, and
in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully and with Fore demolishing and pulling down Part of another Dwelling-House of the said
David, situate and being in the Parish of Saint Matthew, Bethnal-Green , aforesaid, in his the said Sheriff's County,and in the said
Hundred of
Ossulston; and by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous Assembling of divers other Persons, to the Number of Twelve and more, at
the said Parish of Saint Leonard, Shoreditch , in his the said Sheriff's County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully and with
Force demolishing and pulling down Part of another Dwelling-House of the said David, situate and being in the Parish of Saint Leonard, Shoreditch,
aforesaid, in his the said Sheriff's County, within the said Hundred of Ossulston, togetehr with divers Goods and Chattels of the said David
there being in his said last mentioned Dwelling-House, and wherewith the same was furnished; and by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and
tumultuous Assembling of divers other Persons, to the Number of Twelve and more, at the Parish of Saint Matthew, Bethnal-Green, aforesaid,
in his the said Sheriff's County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully and with Force demolishing and pulling down
Part of another Dwelling-House of the said David, situate and being in the Parish of Saint Matthew, Bethnal-Green , aforesaid, in his the said
Sheriff's County, and within the said hundred of Ossulston, together with divers Goods and Chattels of the said David there being in his said
last mentioned Dwelling-House, and wherewith the same was furnished, whereof John Horton< no role > , Esquire, and James Hopkins< no role > , Esquire, two of the
Inhabitants of the Hundred of Ossulston aforesaid, in his the said Sheriff's County, were convicted, AND WHEREAS due Proof, upon Oath,
hath been made to us, that the Costs and Charges which the said John Horton< no role > and James Hopkins< no role > have been put to in defending the said Suit,
as Inhabitants of the said Hundred, amount to Thirty-five Pounds Six Shillings and Six-pence, and the same have been taxed by the proper
Officers of the said Court at the said Sum of Thirty-five Pounds Six Shillings and Six-pence. AND WHEREAS we have, pursuant to the
Statutes in that Case made and provided, assessed and taxed rateably and proportionably all and every the Towns, Parishes, Villages, and Hamlets
in the said Hundred and Liberties thereof, to and toward an equal Contribution for the Relief of the said John Horton< no role > and James Hopkins< no role > against
the said Execution and for Payment thereof, and also for Payment of the Costs of the said John Horton< no role > and James Hopkins< no role > as aforesaid, and have
assessed and taxed the said Parish of at the Sum of
These are therefore to require and command you the said Constable forthwith to levy
and rateably
and collect, within your said Parish, the Sum of
and proportionably to tax and asses, according to their Abilities, every Inhabitant and Dweller within the said Parish for and towards the Pay-
ment thereof. AND we do hereby require and command you, within ten Days after such Collection, to pay and deliver unto the Sheriff of
the said County the said Sum of so by you to be levied and
collected for paying and satisfying the Execution and Costs aforesaid. GIVEN under our Hands and Seals this
Day of in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty
