In repect to the Parishes of St Giles in the fields and St George
Bloomsbury however Mr Brooks bank reported as followes that
he had applied to the vestry Clerk to Inspect the Books of the said
Parish in Order to form his Return therefore but the vestry Clerk
informed him this the did not think himself Justified in doing it
without taking the Opinion of the Vestry upon it. A vestry was
immediately calledsoon after hath and der Brooks bank attended it when the
Gentlemen present begged leave to deline letting him inspect the
Books for that purpose and required his Authority for such Request
