hath
at this Session been tried for felony on the prosecution of
Jon Woolgrove< no role >
and he
having prayed to be allowed for
expences and loss of time in the said prosecution which this
Court think reasonable It is therefore ordered that the
Treasurer
of this County do forthwith pay to the said John
Eleven shillings
