The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of James Spagg< no role > and William Blackmore< no role >
Esquires Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting in and
for the said County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the Twenty Eighth day of November now last
Catherine Bowerman< no role > an was removed and Conveyed from and out of
the Hamlet of Rattcliffe in the said County of Middlesex to be
said Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell the Place of the last Legal
Settlement of the said Catherine Bowerman< no role >

Your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the Adjudication of the said Two
Justices and therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the same And pray your Worships
will appoint a day in this present Session
for the Hearing and Determining the said
Appeal

And your Petitioners will ever Pray etc.
