To the worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the
peace in and for the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Session of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the Said County

Sheweth


That by on Order under the hands & Seals of Wm. Rugge< no role >
and Wm. Hyde< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the in and
for the City & Liberty of Westminster (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the 13th. day Decr. last Lucy Mess< no role > aged
seven years was removed and conveyed from the parish of Saint
George Hanover Sqr . in the Said County of Middlesex to the said Parish
of Saint Sepulchre by the Name of the Parish of St. Sepulchre without
as the place of her last legal Settlement where by your petitions
conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore appeal against the said
order and humble relief in the premises and
that your Worships will pleased to appoint some day
in this present Session for hearing & determining
this their said appeal

And your petitioners shall ever pray etc
