AT the General Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by adjournment) on Friday- the Seventh
Day of December in the Twenty Second Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King
of Great Britain, Etc.

IT IS ORDERED, that Mr. JOHN BENSON< no role > , the County Treasurer , do pay unto
John Smitherman< no role > the Sum of Eleven Shillings, for his
Trouble and Loss of Time in attending this Court, by Virtue of a Recognizance
to give Evidence against John Guy< no role > in a Case of felony
of which Offence the said John Guy< no role > was Con [..] Acquitted

Received same of Eleven Shillings
by the hands of Mr Burchelly
