last amounting to the Sum of thirteen pound nineteen Shillings and two pence another

being laid before this Court for payment and It appearing by the report of the Committee
"appointed to consider examine and audit every Bill Account and demand made
"upon this County with a view to discover whether the same be just and reasonable
