At the Delivery of the Kings Gaol of Newgate holden for the County of
Middx at Justices hall in the Old Bailey in the Suburbs of the City of
London on Wednesday the 17th day of October 1781

Whereas James Kelley< no role > and Daniel Kelley< no role > [..] have
at this Session been bried for felony on the Prost. of William
Fisher< no role > and he
having prayed to be allowed for his expences &
loss of time in the said prosecution which this Court think reasonable
It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith
say to the said William Fisher< no role > the Sum of Forty one
