Resolved that it be and it is here by referred to the
Commence appd. (one style of Prisn Commence) to examine into the
present state of New Prison at Clerkenwell , the House of
Connection at Clerkenwell in this County and his Majesty's Gaol of Newgate
in this Countyand respect their opinion thereof to his
Majesty Justices of the peaces for this County to be assembeld in Genl.
