Regulations should be well and truly observed
and that any willful neglect of duty in such Surveyorshould be discover and
neglegants behaviour or unfaithful dishcarge
of his duly

it is markd the 1d Act of Pt. that
And whereas if any Surveyor is
Supervisor appd [..] in manner
abovemd. shall at any time wilfully Neglect
his duty or behave himself neglegiatly
or unfaithfully in the discharge there of
and the same being upon Complaint
thereof made appear to the Court
[..] by whom he was appd
such Surveyor or Supervisor shall by
the said Courtof Sessionhe forth with
discharged from his and Office and
shall for case afterwards be [..] able
of being again appointd. a Surveyor
Supervisor for the purpose aforesd.
Now as it is Importance to the
Inhabitants of his Mahapotis & parishes to those within the dis-
hunts abovemd.and thethus the said
Rules & Regulations should for will and true by
