SMITH.
All the Cramps and Ties to be of Swedish Iron; and the Rails in
Front, and those of the respective Stairs, to be Russia Iron.

PLAISTERER.
The Cielings, Walls, Partitions, and Strings of the Stairs, to be
done with common Plaistering whited, or Floated and whited, or
stuccoed and floated; and all the Cornishes, Mouldings, and Orna-
ments, to be done as they are expressed in the Particulars, and set forth
in the Drawings.

PAINTER and GLAZIER.
The several Sashes of the Windows to be glazed with the best
Ratcliffe Crown Glass. Two ornamented Semi-circular Lights, and
six Circular Lights, to be provided of Underwood's Patent Manufactory,
and to be glazed with the best Ratcliffe Crown Glass.

The Inside Wood and Iron Work in every Part of this Building
to be painted three Times in Oil, of such plain Colours as shall be
directed; and the Outside Wood and Iron Work four Times.

N.B. Good Security will be required for the due Performance of
the Work; and the Whole to be performed agreeably to the Plans,
Elevations and Sections, and other necessary Particulars and Explana-
tions, deposited in the Hands or Mr. Rogers, Surveyor , in Southamp-
ton-Row , Bloomsbury .

And all and every Material, Utensil, Workmanship, and Labour
requisite for the building and perfectly Compleating the said Session
House, and every incidental Charge and Expence which may be in-
curred therein, to be provided, done, performed, and borne by the
Contractor or Contractors. And if, in the Course of building the
said Session House, the Contractor, or Contractors, shall provide, use,
or employ any Material or Utensil, or do or perform any Work or
Labour which shall, in the Judgement of the Commissioners for build-
ing the said Session House, or their Surveyor, be deemed unfit and
improper to be used or employed, taken away, or destroyed, and other
good Materials and Utensils shall be procured, and properly and com-
pleatly placed in the Stead of such Materials, Utensils, or Work so
deemed unfit and improper as aforesaid, at the sole Expence of the
Contractor, or Contractors. Or if any Accident shall happen, or
Damage be done to any Part of the said Building, through the Neg-
lect or Intention of the said Contractor, or Contractors, or any of his
or their Workmen, Labourers, or Servants, all Damage that may ensue
from such Neglect of Intention shall be repaired and made good by the
Contractor, or Contractors, at his or their Expence, pursuant to the
said Plans and Particulars.
