At the General Session of the [..] of our Lord the King
holden for the County of Middlesex of Hick's Hall Saint
John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the eleventh day
of September 1780. in the twentieth Year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great Britain etc.

It is Ordered That the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Luke in the County of Midddlesex within mentioned have Notice of this Appeal and
that they and all Parties concerned do attend this Court on
next at nine of the Clock in the forenoon of the same Day then and there to hear
and Abide the Judgment and Determination of this Court touching the Matters
[..] contained in the said Appeal
