Since the Removal of the Paupers the Parish of St. James have
Discovered that the Pauper Barbara< no role > never was Married to David
Dunn
< no role > Notwithstandg her possitively Swearing she was in her Examinr.
and since the lodging of the Appeal St. Mary lestrand from what
Information they have been able to got have Reason to believe she was
not Married

Therefore Please to Consent to the Allowance of the Appeal
but of the Appellants shed apply for Costs You will please to oppose
the allowance there as there was the Strongest ground from the
Pauper Barbara's Examination for the Removal

If St. James's shod. apply for maintenance You will please
to Observe that one of the Children was born in St. James's and
thereby Settled in that Parish as it appears the Motherwasis not Married [..]
and As to the Maintenance for the Mother andheher other Child it to
hoped the Court will not Allow it as there was [..] a Presumption
from the Pauper Barbara's Examination that th removal was legal.
