The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint James Westminster
in the
County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the
Hands and Seals of

and
Jenkin Jones< no role >
Esquires
two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County
of Middlesex
bearing Date the Twentieth Day of April last
whereby
Sarah Spicer< no role >
Widow of
Richard Spicer< no role >
deceased
and her two Bastard Children namely
Sarah< no role >
aged about three
Years and
Mary< no role >
aged two Years were removed and conveyed
from the Parish of Saint Luke
in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint James Westminster
as the
Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Sarah Spicer< no role >
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal
to this Court against the adjudication of the
said two Justices and their Said Order and
Pray that your Worships will please to
appoint same Day in the present Session
for the Hearing and determining the said
Appealand to order that the Hearing and
determining the said appeal and to order
that theChurchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Luke
Middlesex
and all Persons concerned do then
attend this Appeal
