To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace
assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above
the Bars in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of Thos. Preston< no role > and
Jno. Bosworth< no role > Esquires Two of His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex bearing
Date the Twelfth Day of April last Edward Woodbridge< no role >
was removed and conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said County
of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above the Bars as the place of his last
legal Settlement

Your Petitioners concieve themselves
aggrieved thereby and Humbly appeal
to the Judgment of this Court against the
same And pray that this Court will be
pleased to hear and determine the said
Appeal and that all persons concerned
may abide the Judgment and Determination
thereof And that Your Petitioners may be
relieved in the Premisses as to this Court
shall seem meet

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
