Recived and examined the Building

The Commee adjd. back to Hicks Hall
and being them

Resolved if [..] appears to this Commee
that the bond timber and in the construction
of the new Session House, being of the Scantling
of 9 Inches by 6, is much too thick.

Resolved it is the opinion of this Commee
that the Bond timber to be used in the
said Building ought not to be of [..] larger
scantling than 6 Inches his 4. Inches an
half.
