Whereas on the Motion of Mr. Howorth on behalf of <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50724_n550-1">Charles<lb></lb>

Deputy Clerk of the Peace for the said County<lb></lb>
informing the Court that if does appear from the Affidavit of the said<lb></lb>

that on or about the third day of December last he<lb></lb>
delivered to the Sheriff of the said County an Estreat or Extract of<lb></lb>
the Issues Fines Amerciaments and Recognizances forfeited and<lb></lb>
sett in the several Sessions of the Peace holden in and for the said<lb></lb>
County between Michaelmas One thousand seven hundred and<lb></lb>
seventy eight and Michaelmas one thousand seven hundred and<lb></lb>
seventy nine and did also deliver into this Court to wit to Sir <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50724_n550-3">John<lb></lb>
Skynner</rs>

Estreat so delivered to the Sheriff aforesaid; That some time after the<lb></lb>

Fenwick</rs>

upon her conviction on an Indictment against her for a certain<lb></lb>
Misdemeanor was omitted to be Inserted in the said Estreat; That<lb></lb>
he the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50724_n550-6">Charles Eyles</rs>

did not wittingly or willingly conceal the<lb></lb>
said fine or wittingly or willingly miscertify whereby the<lb></lb>
Process of this Honourable Court for levying the same might be made<lb></lb>
invalid and of none Effect nor for any other cause whatsoever; but that<lb></lb>
the Miscertifying the said fine was a mere unintentional Omission</p>
