attendg. &beingthe Rupert of the said com [..] appd.
respect or by [..] to be heard; when it being
to etc being read unto them and being respective by called
upon to alledge any thing in an [..]
[..] the said James Fielding< no role > [..]
he was sorryof the changes therein contd. for what he had done delivered
to the Chairman a paper writingpumper [..]
to be [..] which he desired might
be read and considered as his [..] and
the said paper writing being [..] read
Mr. the said James Feilding prayed to withdraw
the said defence and requesting that the same
Paper writing might he [..] delivered bench to him
and the said paper writing being accordingly
delivered to him he [..] now declared that he
was sorryhad in a [..] tly done these
things with which he was [..] charged that
he was sorryfor to having given occasionfor what he had done [..]
the premises and would in forteen take care
and confirm to the recommendatory order
of Session in respect to the allowance
to those who should apprehand Vagrants
And the said William Hyde< no role > having declared
he was sorry to have given occasion for the
that change agt him [..] he had heard of the proceedings
of the Commer he had conformed to the recom
mendations of Session, and that he [..] wouldshould
continue 10 to do infuture.
