To theChurch-Wardens and Overseer of the Poor of the
Liberty of the Rolls in the
R.B County of Middlesex and to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Ann Blackfryere
in the City of London
and to each and every of them

UPON the Complaint of theChurch-Wardens andOverseers of
the Poor of the Liberty of the Rolls of
in the County of Middlesex unto us whose Names
are hereunto set and Seals affixed, being two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex
and one of us of the Quorum, that Elizabeth Sears< no role > aged 45
Years

did lately come to inhabit in the said Liberty of the Rolls
not having gained a legal Settlement there, nor
produced any Certificate owning herself to be settled else-
where, and that the said Elizabeth Sears is

likely to be chargeable to the said
Liberty of the Rolls We the said
Justices upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon the Examination
of the said Elizabeth Sears upon Oath,
as otherwise, and likewise upon due Consideration had of the Premises,
do adjudge the same to be true; and we do likewise adjudge, that the
lawful Settlement of her the said Elizabeth Sears< no role >

is in the said Parish of Saint Ann Blackfryere in the said
City of London We do therefore
require you the saidChurch-Wardens andOverseers of the Poor of the
said Liberty of the Rolls or some, or
one of you, to convey the said Elizabeth Sears

from and out of your said Liberty of the Rolls
to the said Parish of St Ann in Blackfryers and her
to deliver to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there,
or to some, or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true
Copy thereof: And we do also hereby require you the said Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Ann
Blackfryers to receive and provide for her as an asInhabitant of your
Parish Given under our Hands and Seals the 29th
Day of Decr in the Year of our Lord One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy Nine
