Plan to Move the Court for an order upon hethat the Session
sheriff of the County of Middlesex
Other of the Estreats other proper offr:so deliver to

the Estreat of all fines as [..] out and imfound
at [..] of the Sessions of the yearfoxhold
for [..] County between Michs. 1778 and Mich 1779
now in his Possession in order, that to the said Clerk of the Peace
May ordd thereunto the Estreat of & impond a fine set upon one Ann Tomewich< no role >
[..] genr Quarter Session of the peace holden for the sd Counts of
[..] of Middx in the month of
Juny 1777 for a [..] misdr which fine was

yor [..] Court cand that the Clerk of the Estreats is other
proper officers do deliver to the said of the Peace
the duplicate of the said Gunl Estreats now in his
Possessions in order that the a like in his may be
made therein or that the Sheriff and prope
