Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint George Bloomsbury
in the
said County
Sheweth
That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the Hands and Seals of

and W. Gregson Esquires
two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County
(one whereof is of the Quorum) bearing date the Tenth day
of November last
Ann Caines< no role >
wife
of
James Caines< no role >
(gone from her) and their two Children namely
Winifred < no role >
aged three years and
Ann < no role >
aged Fourteen Months were
removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Andrew
Holborn above the Bars
in the said County to the
said Parish of St George Bloomsbury
as the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said James Caines and of his
said Wife and two Children whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore Humbly
Appeal to this Court against the Adjudication
and Order of the said two Justices and pray
your Worships to appoint a Day in this present
Session for the hearing and Determining the
said Appeal
And your Petrs will pray Etc
