as the place of their last legal settlement Whereby the Petitioners conceived<lb></lb>
themselves aggrieved Now upon hearing the said Appeal and what hath been alledged<lb></lb>
by the respective churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said parishes their<lb></lb>
Counsel and Witnesses in and concerning the Premises It is ordered that the said<lb></lb>
Appeal be and the same is hereby allowed and the said Order or Pass Warant of<lb></lb>
the said two Justices is hereby vacated and set aside and It is further ordered that the<lb></lb>
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint George the Martyr do<lb></lb>
forthwith convey and deliver back the said Mary Colburn and her said child (together<lb></lb>
with a copy of this order) unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of<lb></lb>
Saint Luke or to some or one of them who are hereby required to receive and provide<lb></lb>
for the said Mary Colburn and her said Child until they can free themselves from<lb></lb>
the charge thereof by due course of Law</p>
