To the Worshipful the Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their Adjourn'd General Session
of the Peace for the said County assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Overseers of
the Liberty of the Rolls in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant where the Hands
and Seals of J: Hale and William Hyde< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the said County (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the Eighth Day of September 1779 Susannah Poynee< no role > Wife of
John Prince< no role > (now in his Majestys Sea Service) and their two Children
to Ms Elizabeth < no role > aged four Years and Sarah < no role > aged two Years were removed
and conveyed by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Martin in the Fields in the County of Middlesex aforesaid from and
out of the said Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields to the said Liberty
of the Rolls as the Place of their last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves to be
aggrieved by the said Order or Pass Warrant
humbly appeal against the same to your Worships
and Pray refief in the Premises And that a Day in
this precent Session may be appointed for the hearing
and determining the said Appeal
