Thomas Addams< no role > of Brompton in the County of
Middlesex Yeoman maketh Oath, that Nathaniel
Kirke< no role > of Kensington in the said County Broker the
Prosecutor above named did sign and seal and as his
Act and Deed deliver the within written General
Release upon the Day of the Date Deponent further saith
that the Name of Thomas Adams< no role > Nathl. Kirke
within written is the proper Hand Writing of him the
said Prosecutor And also saith that the Name of
Thomas Addams the subcribing Witness to the Execution
of the said Release is the proper Hand writing of him
this Deponent.
