General Quarter Session of the
Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of thei Parish of Saint
Mathew Firday street in the
City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass
Warrant Order the Hards and Seals of two of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said
County of Middlesex , one whereof being of the
Quorum, bearing Date the fifth Day of [..]
October Instant Elizabeth Hollyer< no role > , [..] Ordered of
George Hollyer< no role > Deceased and her two Children, to
wit, Elizabeth< no role > aged four Years, and William< no role >
Aged about two Years,were removed [..]
the Parish [..] the Parish of Saint Leonard
Storeditch is the said County of Middlesex
to the said parish of Sairt Matthew Friday
Street as the place of their Last Legal Settlement

That Your Petitioners
conceiving themselves to be aggrieved by the
humbly appeal to this Honorable Court
against the same

And Pray that the Benefit
of the said Appeal May be
saved unto then, and that
the hearing and Determination
thereof may be Adjourned
unto the next General
Sessions of the Peace
to be holden for the said
County

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
