MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace
of our Lord the Kings, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by adjournment) on Thursday the eight
Day of Julyin the nineteenth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King
of Great Britain, Etc.

It is ordered that the hearing and determining the matter
of an Appeal between William Brooks< no role > Appellant and the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint George Hanover Square
respondents concerning the Poors Rate of the said Parish which stood
duly adjourned unto this day Do stand further adjourned until
the next General Session of the peace to be holden for the said
County and on Notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
Saint George Hanover Square they and all persons concerned
do attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday
the sixteenth day of September next at the hour of nine in the
forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
