Joseph Hawes< no role > of the Parish of Saint Luke Old street
in the County of Middlesex Blacksmith maketh Oath and Saith
that he was present and did See the said Alexander Byers< no role > the
Prosecutor Sign Seal and in due form of Law Execute and deliver
the Deed Poll or Release hereunto Annexed And that
the Name Alexr: Byears< no role > Set and Subscribed against the
Seal Affixed at the foot or bottom there of as a Party
Executing the same is of the Proper hand Writing of the
said Alexander Byears And that the Name Joseph Hawes< no role >
thereunto also Set and Subscribed as a Witness Attesting
the due Execution thereof as the same now appears is the
proper hand Writing of this Deponent
