Know all Men by these Presents That I Thomas King< no role > of the Parish
of Saint John Hackney an the County of Middlesex Labourer for and in
Consideration of the sum of Five Shillings to and in hand paid at or before
the Sealing and Delivery hereof the Receipt whereof I do hereby
Acknowledge
have Remised Released and for Ever quitt claime and by these presents
do Remise Release and for Ever quitt claime unto John Runham< no role > of
the Same place Coal Merchant his
Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of Action Suits Bills
Sums of Money Judgements Executions Extents Quarrells Controversies
Trespasses Damages and Demands whatsoEver both in Law and Equity
or otherwise howsoever which against the said John Runcham I
Ever had and which I myHeirs
Executors Administrators shall or may hereafter have claim challenge
or Demand for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Thing
Whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these
present In Witness whereof I have hereunto unto sett my Hand and Seal
