I Thomas King< no role > of the Parish of Saint John Hackney on the County
of Middlesex Labour for and in Consideration of the Sum of Fiver.
Shillings to me in hand paid at or before sealing and Delivery hereof
the Receipt whereof I do hereby Acknowledge
have Remised Released and for Ever quitt claime and by these presents
do Remise Release and for Ever quitt claime unto Thomas Steed< no role > of the
same Parish Bricklayer his
Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of Action and Action Cause and Causes of Action Suits Bills
Bonds Writings Obligatory Debts Dues Duties Accompts Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements Executions Extents Quarrells Controversies
Trespasses Damages and Demands whatsoEver both in Law and Equity
or otherwise howsoever while against the said Thomas Steed I
Ever had and which I myHeirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may here after have claim challenge
