Saint James Westminster in the County of Middlesex Taylor
maketh Oath and Saith That he this Deponent did on the fifteenth
Day of this Instant February see the above named prosecutor
James Peter whom this Deponent well knows and as his
Act and Deed deliver the within Release And that the Name
James Peters thereunto subscribed abd set, is of the proper
Hand Writing of him the said James Peters And that the
name John Curtis set and subscribed as a Witness to the
due Execution of the within Release by the said James
Peters in the proper Hand Writing of him this Deponent
