Robert Brown< no role > , brought before the Court by the Keeper of Newgate
in order to be discharged as a fugitive under the late insolvent
act. It appeared that Brown was arrested and commd to Newgate
on the 25th. of April: the Insolvent at did not pass till 30th.
May. on the 8th. June he gave notice to Mr. Akerman that
he recent to surrender himself as a fugitive having been
beyond Seas, to wit, at Dunkirk in France, on the 10th. March
remanded the Court being unanimously of opinion he
was not within the meaning of the Act.
