And as soon as he had done that he went out
again and Directly afterwards Came in some
Soldiers and Said" up Stairs Up Stairs four or
five times OverThat then sevl. of the
Soldiers went up Hairs and by that time She thinks
the foremost Person could get at top of the Stairs
Informant heard a Pistol go offThat imediately
after Informant heard that Pistol She heard the
Officer-Order the Soldiers to Fire
That they did Fire up towards the Stair Case
That as soon as they began to Fire Informant
Begd' of the Officer to Desist from Firing And he
Answerd "good Woman do not be Frightend We
shall not hurt Ye We should have Fired at all
if they had not Fired upon us"

That She does not know how the Cutters Escaped
unless they went out at the Windows or from the
Top of the HouseThat Informant Dropt
down in the Bar whilst the Firing was
Saith She did not See Mc. Coy till the Firing was all Over
