Indictment at the Prosecution of John Gaskee< no role >
for an Assault.

Henry Relph< no role > of Oxford Road in the parish
of St. Mary Le Bone in the County of Middlesex Gent
maketh Oath that on Saturday Evening last he
went to Enquire for the prosecutor at his Lodgings
at Mr. Masons Milliner in Bond Street in Order
to have given him Notice that this Court had been
[..] ply'd to by the above Defendt. to Respite his
Recognizance until the next Session unless
he shew'd Cause to the Contrary this Day And
was informed by the said Mr. Mason that
the said Gaskee was then with his Master at
Washington in Huntingdon Shire and did not
know when he would return to London
