behalfe of themselves and divers other Inhabitants
and Land holders in the parish of Finchley in the said
County

Sheweth

That of late an addiconall rate of £4 P pound was made towards the
better releife of the poor of the said parish and afterwards another
addiconall rate of £6 P pound was also made towards the better releife
of the poor of ye sd parish.

That yor. Petrs. are well informed and Satisfyed that the said Addiconall rate
of £4 P pound is Sufficient for the releife of the poor of the Said parish
for the Year last past Soe that yor. Petrs. conceires themselves aggreved
by the sd addiconall rate of £6 P pound

Yor: petrs therefore humbly pray yor. Worspps to be
pleased to order that they may be discharged from
paymt. of the addiconall rate of £6 P pound

And yor. Petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
