to sumon before them the Scavenger within menconed and alsoe the Churchwarden Constable & other Inhabitants of the parish of st. Andrew Holborne and to examin
into the truth of the Petrs. complaint, and to give the Petr. such releife in
the premisses within menconed as to the sd. four Justices of the peace or
any two of them shall seem meet upon heareing of all parties But if the
parties shall not acquiesce under the determinacon of the sd. Justices
of the peace or any two of them Then they are hereby desired to report
their opinions touching the premisses to her Maties Justices of the peace
at the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for this
County to the end such further Order may be by them made in
