Who Sayth that on the 17th day of December
Last past this Informant being a watchman
of Her Maties Wharfe near the Tower
about the hour of tenn att Night he [..] Saw
Henry Cayloss< no role > upon the wharfe And before he
Came near him he Perceivd him Lifting
up from of the Wharfe in Order to putt
a Parcell of Iron Hoop's upon a Some
bebbin's which ware in a Vessell near
the Wharfe And comeing up to the Said
Cayloss he this Informant Askt the Said
Cayloss what he was doeing with the
Iron Hoop's And his Answer was he was
saveing them from a theife who was
goeing to Steale then which Said Hoope's
ware part of her Maties Stores
