WHERAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, whose Hands and
Seals are hereunto set, Two of Her Majesties Justices of the
Peace of the County of Middlx
(Quorum unus) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St Botolphs Aldgate in the said County, that
Margarett Wroth< no role > wife of Charles Wroth< no role > (who is
gon from her
is lately come into the said Parish endeavouring to settle
herselfe there, without giving Notice in Writing to the said
Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them of the House
of her abode in the said Parish according to
the Statute in that Case made and provided: And that it also appears unto
us by the Complaint of the said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St Botolphs Aldgate that she is [..] likely
to become chargeable to the said Parish And whereas it appeareth
unto Us the said Justices, upon the Oath of the said Margarett Wroth< no role >
that her said husband Charles Wroth< no role > was
last legally settled in the Parish
Loughton in the County of Essex Where he was
borne and Liv'd many years there and hath gain'd
noe legall Settlement Since

There are therefore in Her Majesties Name straitly to Charge and Com
mand you, and every of you, forthwith, upon fight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Margarett Wroth< no role > out of your Parish
of St Botolphs Aldgate to the Parish of Loughton
in the County of Essex aforesaid
and deliver her unto the Church-Wardens, and Overseers of the
Poor there, who are hereby required to provide for her
according to Law: Hereof fail not at your Perils. Given under our Hands
and Seals, the Nineteenth day of December Anno Dom 1707

To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Botolphs Aldgate
of the abovesaid in the said County, and to all
Constables, Headboroughs, and other Officers and
Ministers, whom these may concern. And all soe to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Loughton
in the said County of Essex
