Upon reading of the Petition & appeale within written and upon
hearing of Mr. Darnall of Councell for the Appellant within
named who prayed that the hearing & determining of the said
appeale may be adjourned untill the next General Quarter Session
of the peace to be held for this County It is Ordered by [..]
this Court that the benifit of the Sd Appeale be saved to the said
Appellant and that the hearing & determining thereof be adjourned
untill the second day of the next General Quarter Session of the peace
to be held for this County after of the Clock in the forenoon unless
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St Giles in
the fields in this County shall upon [..] thereof Shew unto this
Court on Friday next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon good cause
to the Contrary.
