Whereas a Bill of Indictment was found at
the past Sessions of Oyer and Terminer held
at Hicks Hall in the County of Middlesex and
from thence certified to the Justices of Goal
Delivery at the Old Bayly against Francis
Higgins
< no role > Clerk for uttering Seditions words
reflecting upon the Queen and her Government
in a Sermon by him lately preache at Her
Majesties Royal Chappell at Whitehall .
These are to Authorise and require you forth with
to enter or cause to be entred a Cesset prosessas
on the said Indictment and stay all
proceedings there upon until further order
and for so doing this Shall be Your Warrt.
given under my hand this Seven and twentieth
day of May 1707.
