The Humble peticon & Appeal of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of ye poor of the parish of St. Maryle Savoy
in this County.

Sheweth.

That by Warrt. dated the 24th. day of this inst May under the
hands and Seales of Ralph Bucknall< no role > & Richard Dyott< no role > Esqrs . two
of her Majties. Justices of the peace of this County (Quor unus) One
Elizabeth Suger< no role > a Child of near two Years old, was removed
from the parish of St. Giles in the Fields in this County to the
parish of St. Maryle Savoy aforesaid; as the place of her last
legall Settlement.

That yor. petr. conceiveing themselves Aggrievd by the Judgemt
of the sd. two Justices doe humbly Appeal to yor Worships therefrom

Yor petrs. therefore humbly pray yor Worships will be pleased
to appoint a day, that the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the poor of St. Giles aforesd may attend this Court, to heare
& abide the Judgement thereof touching this Appeal;
