That for the Fack whereof your Petr. stood Indicted in this
Honble Court this prsent Sessions Your worshipps were pleased to
Fine him yor. and for Nonpaymt. thereof to comitt him to New
Prison in this County where he now Remains

That yor. Petr. hath used all the meanes he hath been able by
himselfe & Friends to make an Agreemt. with his adversary and
hath offered him all he is able to give to that purpose But his
demands are Soe unreasonable that he cannot by Reason of his
Poor Circumstances by noe meanes Comply with and your
Petr. not being able to pay the sd Five and humble on buritting
himselfe to the Mercy Goodness of this Honble Court
