The humble Peticon and Appeal of-
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the-
poor of the parish of St: George the Martyr
in the County of Surrey -

Sheweth

That by Warrant under the hands & Seales of Two of her
Maties: Justices of the peace for the Said County of Middx
One Edward Pennery< no role > Son of David Pennery< no role > Aged about-
Two yeares and Six month was passed from the parish of
St: Gyles without Cripplegate in the County of Middx-
to the parish of St: George the Martyr in the County of
Surrey as the place of his last Legall Settlement-

That your Peticonrs: can make it Appear to this Honble:
Court that the Said Edward Pennery< no role > was never Legally-
Settled in the parish of St: George the Martyr in the
County of Surrey -

Your Peticonrs: therefore most humbly pray your
Worships will be pleased to Order that the sd. Parish
of St: Gyles wth:out Cripple gate may Appear
this Honble: Court this prsent Sessions to shew-
cause why the said Edwd: Pennery should not be
repassed to the said parish of St: Gyles without
Cripplegate

And yor: Peticoner shall ever pray Etc.
